Which counties do you run pads in?
Jefferson, Harrison, and Belmont counties in Ohio are the core of the energy work.
Can oilfield loads be municipal potable?
Yes, from the Wintersville station, when the ticket says so. Other approved sources are discussed with dispatch before the first load.
What does dispatch need to start?
Location, barrel or gallon count, staging, access, and the window. Insurance and USDOT 616273 authority are on file.
