Who Freshwater Delivery Is For
Freshwater delivery is for industrial plants, construction contractors, energy sites, and rural properties that need volume more than a drinking-water spec.
It also suits projects that start as process water and later need a separate potable ticket for crew water.
Volume on a ticket
Freshwater hauls cover the work that is not a five-gallon cooler and not always a drinking spec. Plants, pads, contractors, and large rural fills pull from the same Hopedale fleet on a volume ticket.
The yard sits in Harrison County, about 18 miles west of Steubenville on State Route 22. That is the point: Utica activity, Ohio Valley plants, and rural accounts are a local haul, not a long-distance novelty.
Freshwater or potable?
Tell dispatch the spec before the first load. Some jobs need municipal potable water from Wintersville. Some need volume first. Those are not the same ticket.
Order potable water delivery when people will drink the water or it touches food service or housing. Order freshwater when the water is for process, fill, or volume work. If a job needs both, run two tickets.
Access matters as much as gallons
Gate codes, truck routing, overnight staging, and who signs the ticket should be on the call. We will match a unit to the site. Tell us about road grade, turnaround room, and where the truck can stand while it unloads.

What to Have Ready
- The spec: potable, or freshwater for process or volume use.
- The volume in gallons or barrels, and whether the job repeats.
- The site address, the fill point, and how the truck will reach it.
- Gate codes, overnight staging, and who signs the ticket.
- The start date and the delivery window.
How It Works
- Call (740) 264-9999 or send a quote request with the site and volume.
- State the spec so dispatch can tell a volume ticket from a potable one.
- Share access details: gates, routing, staging, and contacts.
- Dispatch matches a unit to the site and sets the window.
- The truck delivers and the ticket is signed on site.
